Caelum Space Leasing will be at Space Tech Expo Europe at Messe Bremen from 17 to 19 November 2026.
Bremen is the right room for the supply side of what Caelum does. The show brings together the manufacturers, subsystem suppliers and integrators who build the spacecraft and ground hardware that end up on a lessor's balance sheet, alongside the operators and agencies that specify them. Financing is usually settled long after the engineering, and often badly, because the two conversations happen in different rooms. Bremen is one of the few places in Europe where they can happen in the same one.
We are there to meet three kinds of people.
Operators with a new satellite on order and a decision to make about whether to own it or lease it, whether title passes at the manufacturer or at in-orbit delivery, and how the capital cost sits against contracted revenue. Caelum's four structures, from pre-launch sale-leaseback to refinancing of in-service assets, are set out on our services page.
Manufacturers and integrators who want a financing option to offer alongside a proposal. A customer who can spread the cost of a spacecraft over its useful life orders differently from one who has to fund it from cash, and a lessor at the table early changes what gets ordered.
Ground infrastructure owners building or expanding gateway, teleport and TT&C capacity, where the asset is fixed, the jurisdiction is named and the finance is closer to a telecom tower than to anything orbital. Our note on ground station financing explains why this is where space leasing starts.
Every structure Caelum offers runs through an Irish Section 110 DAC per deal, with no launch exposure on any of them. If you are unfamiliar with how a satellite lease is built, Space Assets 101 is the place to start before Bremen.
Meetings are being scheduled now for all three days. To book a time, use the contact form and mention Bremen; we will come back with slots.
